NSW Code of Practice for Building and Construction Industry

The NSW Government's Code of Practice for the Building and Construction Industry (NSW Code) and the NSW Government's Implementation Guidelines (NSW Guidelines) apply to Delta Electricity's tenders and quotations from 1 July 2013. Compliance with the NSW Code and NSW Guidelines is a pre-requisite to submitting any expression of interest or tender and to any successful applications being awarded.

Code of Conduct
