As a major supplier of energy to the Australian national electricity market Delta Electricity's primary objective is to operate facilities for the efficient, safe and reliable production of energy for industry and the community. However, we recognise the environmental impacts from using natural resources, including fossil fuels and water in power production and we focus on ensuring that all our facilities operate to high environmental standards targeting zero incidents and licence breaches. Underlying our high standards is Delta Electricity's Environment Policy and Environmental Management System.
